• 10% of all government contracts to youth owned enterprises
• A sports and creative arts academy in every sub region
• 30 schools for special needs learners
• 100 trained teachers with special needs skills
• Established innovation fund for PWDs
• 300 centres for handwork for PWDs in wheel chairs
• A monthly stipend of UGX 60,000 to elders above 65 years
• A fund for ex-service men and women who would like to venture into other productive
sectors
